The property was clean, well maintained and the room quite spacious for Japan. The amenities were wonderful and the pajamas were very comfortable. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to Kyoto Station which made it very convenient to get around. There were lots of restaurants and shopping options close by. We would definitely come back to the Rihga Gran. It was our favourite hotel in Japan.

Room was too tiny which is not like the usual Holiday Inn. Breakfast was same every day, wish there was a change of menu or alternate menus. Distance was fairly good.

Customer Service: Check-in was easy and staff were helpful. They booked our outside massage service for us as well as our taxi to the airport. Pretty much what you would expect from a 3-star Holiday Inn.

All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services during staying. We had an unforgettable time in Osaka with comfortable stay at Rihga royal hotel. The shuttle bus to the universal studio Japan was also convenient.

Location is great just a quick walk away from the bridge. Staff was helpful assisting us to make booking for our dining. Bed was comfortable As IHG member we are able to extend our check out to 2pm

We love it so much!!!! every inch of vocoHotel are designed with care we love every details of the hotel color matching, tiles, materials matching, even staffs are all kind and friendly seeing every single details makes us happy We thought booking via booking.com are not illigible for collect IHG member points, but hotel staffs told us that we able to collect points too even booking via booking.com that's great!! Will definitely keep choosing IHG hotels wherever we go!!!

Rihga Royal Hotel was well connected with Osaka Station with regular bus service from Hotel to Station. The rooms were clear and also the staff was very helping. The best part was availability of international currency exchange which my colleagues used.

Comfortable stay at the Rihga. Very professional and helpful staff, especially the concierge lady. The breakfast was great except for the queues during the busy august holiday week, but the hotel improved this by opening an extra spillover room. Convenient for Kyoto station and buses.

Rooms were filthy. Stains all over the carpet and chair. Dings and walls were all dirty. Beds were very old, used and very uncomfortable. I stay at IHG all the time in the states, and this was more like motel 6 standards.

Big room in Ryokan style. Metro is like 10 mins walk same as the market area to eat. Very friendly people workihg there
