Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Playa del Carmen ligt in Playa del Carmen, en beschikt over een buitenzwembad, een fitnesscentrum en gratis WiFi. Isaac at the reception did a good, thorough and professional job explaining about the hotel, perks of an IHG member and finding my reservation. The room is big with a helpful balcony. I was given a quiet area as requested when booking. Roomkeeping and cleanliness were very clean and the huge bed, very comfortable and exceptional. The shower was hot enough with ok pressure. I am very happy with the very central location especially during Carnival and would not hesitate to recommend to others and stay here again.
