The rooms are clean, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and some dumbbells. Breakfast is nice, though I wish they had ketchup! Secure parking is available. The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

With a large outdoor pool and sun terrace, this Holiday Inn Express is located in the south outskirts of Tapachula, only 3 km from Galerias Tapachula Mall. The modern rooms have free Wi-Fi, a private bathrooms and a flat-screen TV. From the moment you walk in, you are treated amazing. Customer service is excellent, very accommodating. And it is very clean. The room was a 10 out of 10 clean spacious, just like the pictures, and I will be staying there again.

The property is close to several noted attractions, around less than 1 km from Kool Beach Club and around a 2-minute walk from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. The property is on downtown. Super clean, comfy big beds. We stayed for one night after a disaster with another property in the area. We booked very last minute and were impressed with the quick check in, big room, friendly staff and enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the rate!

It was located in the middle of the main strip of Merida so we hardly needed to take an Uber or DiDi. The staff was great but Enrique and Josephina were both kind, professional, courteous, responsive when we needed help! This is truly the hotel to stay at if you’re looking to have an unforgettable experience in Merida.
