Holiday Inn Hotels in Georgia

The front desk attendant was very friendly... signed me up for IHG reqards. The room felt and smelled cleaned. The space was just right for my family of 5 for 1 night. Breakfast was great! Plently of variety and breakfast team was also very friendly!

We last minute went to a state swim meet at UGA. I impulsively booked quickly last minute through booking.com. The location was perfectly close to our event. The room and breakfast were what we expected at Holiday Inn Express which is great! The price seemed high but it was less than other places. We would definitely stay again and go to Holiday Inn Express at other locations

I give both Boking.com and Holiday Inn Exprress zero in rating. This Holiday In was not located near the hospital I needed to visit with my dabled Mom. When asking for helping, I was put on hold for over an hour. Later too be told there was no help for me. Booking.com did not respond to Holiday Inn for coordinating a reasonable solution. Hard is it to transfer a reservation in under an hour. If your vendor is unresponsive to you, switch vendors.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very very clean it’s the cleanest hotel ever. The beds were very comfortable, floors were very clean the restroom was amazingly clean. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10 I would stay here again. Thank you Holiday Inn in Commerce,ga for excellent hospitality. One more thing I like the note that had the person that cleaned our room. Thank you Desiree for an amazing job on the room cleaning.

Not upto the mark even it is holiday inn

Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express fare. At least the room was clean as the surrounding location did not feel safe. Fast Wi-fi.

I liked that you can tell that like many other holiday inns, it was clean and pretty well kept, with the standards.

Nothing at all they showed availability. So I I booked/paid for the room in full, only for the hotel attendant to inform me that he had no available rooms. I asked the hotel attendant about how my refund would work. He said it will be cancelled on his end. I ended up booking with Holiday Inn select(Lavista) I put in a dispute with navy federal the temporary credit only to have it later reversed. Motel6

I didn’t care too much for the breakfast. Maybe add some better choices like Bagels, muffins (etc) To be honest the breakfast at Holiday Inn Express is better than here. Other than that the stay was wonderful…
