The staff were so kind! Viktor helped us book our train tickets for our departure and Samuel(his brother) drive us to the train station on our departure. We had a bouquet of tulips in our room as well as a bowl of fruit, snacks, coffee and tea. The room was beautifully decorated! The location was quiet and so close to all the sight seeing attractions. A perfect 10 all around!

We arrived in an out of the ordinary very large snow storm, and had concerns about our future travels, as our trains were cancelled.
