The best generous and thoughtful Seniorita ( making the best breakfasts for us) and Senior who were such exceptional people with big hearts, always ready to help. We came in the middle of the night and it wasn't a problem to check in.The room was nice, clean with the balcony and the hairdryer in the bathroom. The Sutimar has a perfect localisation, just one street from the beach, close to the restaurants and pubs. The area is not noisy with a close bus stop so you can easily travel to Palma, Airport or other cities you would like to visit. It's a perfect solution to people who want to relax and avoid the much louder Magaluf. We highly recommend this place run by great Spanish owners. It was a real pleasure eating breakfast at the open terrace and chatting in the morning. Alexandra and Kamil

Asolutely stunning view from this hotel ( terrace restaurant, some rooms ), I was upgraded for free to a sea view room and it was the best view I ever had with an acces to a big terrace. Quiet room, lot of privacy. Beach 15 mins by walk. Big swimming pool. Very good breakfast.

I loved the very useful information about the location and its surrounding area. Meaning i was able to find my way around quite easily. Not so much that i was overwhelmed. Just what i needed to know and when.

This hostal is a little gem. We really liked it. It is very authentic and we felt like home while our stay. Pablo and his family are amazing hosts and we will really recommend this if you want to have a stay where you feel welcome and wants cozy surroundings. The location is a 10/10. Very close to the beach and port. A very big + is that they have parking space for your car. Thank you very much Pablo!!!!

The lokation is fantastic, the room with balcony the best, comfortable beeds. The acces to the sea is fantastic for a morning swim.( now it was too cold) but the last time we stayed here was a month earlier).

What a gem of a find, location for Paguera was brilliant, lovely clean, sea view room with air conditioning. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

The place is a quiet paradise in the middle of the island's bustling tourist scene. Nestled between hills, it is somewhat hidden and absolutely tranquil, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and retreat. As such a place is located in the hills, you should be prepared for certain trade-offs: there is no source of drinkable water on-site, it relies on its own power supply, and access from main public transportation points is not easy. However, all of this is worth it. Patrick, the landlord, was very friendly and supportive. He gave us a lot of good advice for our plans and helped us arrange transportation. Whatever we needed, he was always trying to find a solution or offer help, but he was never pushy. We stayed for a week, and everything worked very well. It was easy to get groceries at a nearby supermarket (an 8 km drive). We could use a large fridge, and the shared kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. You have to buy drinking water for cooking, but an 8-liter barrel was available at the supermarket for less than a euro. All other facilities (terraces, community rooms, etc.) in the nicely renovated old house helped us have a wonderfully relaxing time. We are considering returning again sometime.
