The property was lovely, a real home away from home. I was visiting a friend who was in the nearby Sussex County Hospital so knew nobody in Brighton as my friend who was in the hospital lived in Battle & Hastings & her friends all lived around there. The hosts Michael & Paul were amazing & invited me to have a glass of wine when I got back from the hospital & then Michael cooked a very tasty meal for me both nights. We all started as strangers & I would like to think of them as friends now.

What a beautiful gem! Everything is just fab❤️ Starting from the stairs outside, to the building, entrance area, decor, wall decorations, the sunny terrace up to the room: such a welcoming, warm and cozy place! I had a big, clean and extremely comfortable room with a view to the sea, perfect! The bed was huge as was the tv, great shower too. The breakfast room was lovely and bright, same view, nicely cooked food with plenty on offer. Vicki is a friendly, helpful manager, nothing was too much trouble, she's lovely. I was helped with my bags by 2 affable guys, I couldn't recommend this charming stay highly enough.

Justin was so friendly & hospitable, and made me feel thoroughly welcome! Both the room and the bathroom were spotless and really well-equipped, with plenty of towel, tea/coffee facilities, power sockets right by the bed, hairdryer, and clothes storage. Fantastic to have parking on-site for no extra charge, and really appreciated Justin's flexibility with check-in/check-out times. A pleasant 25 minute walk into the centre of Brighton, and regular buses into town from the end of the road.

Room compact, but that was what we booked. Had everything we needed and was super clean. Breakfast buffet excellent. location, 50M from prom. couldn't ask for more. Most important, Staff. Friendly, efficient,helpful. couldn't do enough. Top marks.

    Lovely host who also recommended us a place to book for parking who was also really lovely and only 5 mins from the accomodation. The location was great and the room had everything you needed including lovely fluffy towels.
