Only a short stay but chosen for the location close to Teesside airport. Very nice room with a really comfortable bed & with all I needed. Being able to make use of the kitchen when I wanted tea was a bonus. I felt very welcome by Pauline & would consider staying there longer in the future.

The property is absolutely fantastic and very clean. It feels like ‘home from home’ with a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
