I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed. Everything was spotless, the amenities were great, and the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. There‘s also a supermarked and a really good fish&chip shop right down the road. I can’t recommend staying here enough.

Close to both Kingussie Golf Club and Ruthven Barracks, Avondale House is situated in Kingussie and has spa facilities and garden.

great value for money, very helpful personnel. I booked for one nmight and got the most fantastic breakfast with among other whiskey pourridge, so good! Will definately come back incase I will around here.

Very welcoming hosts. Annie cooked a wonderful dinner. The view is very nice, the room comfortable and spacious. A good breakfast. The guest lounge is the perfect place te enjoy the quiet with a good book and a wee dram of whisky.
