Very nice one night stay , highly recommended. Short walking distance to Harry Potter studio, clean room and own bathroom with toilet and shower. Me and my daughter had a good time there .

A really cosy and comfortable place to stay while working away from home. It’s quiet and secluded with all the stuff you need. The room is kept clean and so is the bathroom. Perfect! I’ve never had to ask for any help from Sally the host but I’m sure she would go out of her way to make any guests comfortable.

It was everything that I was looking for. The necessities were all there and that’s all you need. Fast and stable wifi, room wasn’t hot, but I did arrive when it was mostly 22 degrees celsius, just to note. Quick 15 minute walk to Edgware station, direct line to central london. Good spots for food takeaway and local supermarkets. The hosts made the stay welcoming, explained everything, and left me to myself which was great.

My experience was soo good room and bathroom was very very clean, there just cleaner lady she was soo nice and halpfull evan we check out nearly 12pm no one come to say to us leave the room like another hotel feeling like own house ,i am speak to 2 lady both of them sooo friendly , owner of the hotel that lady soo good and very politely talk to me which one i really like thanks dear ,i am really recommend .😊

Fabulous guest house, staff were all wonderful nothing too much trouble Marek is a lovely host. Great location handy for tube and train station.. The room was big and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too lots of choice.
