The location was great, close to pubs and the town centre. Ben was a great host. He informed us of everything we needed to know about our stay and the township. His rooms are renovated beautifully with all new appliances. Would recommend to anyone.

Property was very hard to find I expected a hotel but it was a confirmed house Jas was very nice once I had a phone call giving his place , so would recommend it once it had been located

They take pride in their establishment, neat as a pin! Importantly the Lady at checkin was very nice and clear with how to get back in if I was out after 11 and so on. They are so close to the main shopping and eating areas in Rugby. Warm and cosy inside. The bed as far as I was concerned was very comfortable and I did sleep well. Great value for the nightly rate, with tea and coffee facilities in your room!
