Everything was really great. There is hot water, large rooms and very good air conditioning. The service is very friendly. The owner was very accommodating when there were problems with the scooter I rented there. Apart from a building site, it is very quiet, but this only operates from 9am, so I was able to sleep wonderfully on the very good mattress. Thank you!

Our stay in Pondok raamshanti was more than perfect. The place is gorgeous, the pool is very nice, it’s deep enough to swim comfortably if you want. They clean everyday so everything is tidy and taken care of, they offered us some fruits as well and when my husband felt sick, they took care of him, giving him coconut water and some oil for the stomach. If you stay here you’ll feel like home. The best part was sharing some time with Wayan and his family. Rama was always helping us as well as Wayan with everything we needed and they even invited us to be part of the cremation ceremony. We spend the ceremony with all the family and they were all incredibly nice with us. This was a week that will stay forever in our memories. Thank you so much!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with fresh drinks and cool towels, and we instantly felt at home. The place is immaculate, with the family constantly taking care of the beautiful garden, the spotless huts, and every little detail. Housekeeping comes twice a day, the beds are prepared in the evening with mosquito nets already set up, and anti-mosquito coils are lit to keep everything comfortable. Every time we came back, fresh towels were waiting, and not a single grain of sand was left behind. They’ve thought of everything, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, sewing kits, and all the little extras you might need. But what really makes this place special is the service. The family running the Huts is just incredible. They go above and beyond, organizing all our transfers, ferry tickets, scooter rental, and even walking us to our excursion boat early in the morning to make sure everything was perfect. You can really feel their warmth and dedication. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the beach, with restaurants all around. The pool is stunning, and the whole place has such a peaceful vibe. It was an amazing experience. If you’re looking for top-notch hospitality, a great location, and a level of care that feels like a five star service, this is the place. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

The host was absolutely wonderful! It was a very friendly and welcoming family. The accommodation was spotless, and every time we went out, they cleaned our room meticulously. The entire property was very well-maintained, and the staff was always ready to assist with anything we needed. During our stay, we rented a scooter directly from the property, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, when I needed help with my tickets and transportation, they were more than willing to assist. Overall, an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend this place!

We loved everything !! Thank you so much for your warm welcome at your guesthouse Wayan (alias Iloh) and Ketut ! We are very grateful to have met you. We will miss you and Chico (cute little dog, calm and not annoying at all) ! We felt so good at Gatri Hut that we extended our stay and did not want to leave… Wayan came at the boat to welcome us even if the shuttle was driving us to their place. Gatri Hut is a very nice and calm place in a beautiful garden with a nice clean pool. Good location with warungs, restaurants, laundry and market nearby at 5 mins walk, even a good bakery ! In between Mushroom beach, Dream Beach, Sandy Beach and Devil’s tear with a 10 mins walk. Scooter and drinks with reasonable price available at their place (tasty fresh juice !) The room/bungalow is very clean and comfortable, cleaned every day, water refilled every day. Nice shower with constant hot water. Comfortable bed. Good and quiet AC. The breakfast is very good. Wayan and Ketut will always do their best to make you feel good, help to organise trips, give recommendations or simply exchange. Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan (just right after the yellow bridge) are nice little islands, very safe, with good atmosphere and nice people. We would not go elsewhere than here and especially at Gatri Hut !!
