The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Furniture in perfect condition. Decor elements create home comfort and there is no feeling that you are away from home. The hosts are responsive, caring, respond immediately to messages. The apartment have everything you need and even more. We didn't need anything. Everything was at hand from kitchen utensils to air conditioning, ironing supplies. Towels are white, in all required sizes. Bed linen is fresh. The bathroom is large and bright. There is a shower and a small bath. The apartment has a lot of wardrobes, chests of drawers, hangers. In general, there is more than enough storage space. Two large balconies: one to the courtyard overlooking the magnificent Italian pine trees, the other to the city clock tower and a piece of the sea) Our almost two-week stay in sunny, blooming Anzio was amazing thanks to the caring owners of these beautiful apartments! Thank you so much for the warmth and incredibly tasty gift on our departure! On the road, we remembered you with gratitude and warmth!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, the view was incredible, the service was top notch, the community made it feel like home. Restaurants near by had amazing food and they made you feel like family, the lake was so nice and a great walk down the mountain with restaurants and bars looking over it. I would go back over and over.

Very cozy house in quite and safe area with two shops just two minutes away. Max and his mum are amazing people who make you feel very welcome and help with all your needs. Access to the kitchen and just six minutes away from sea side(driving), local public transport is available. Would definitely come back to this place again.

We loved everything. We had a car so we were able to move around. We found parking outside the guest house. The guest house has a beautiful garden. The room is very spacious, new, clean and so welcoming. Amazing shower and soft towels. Host was very nice. It was excellent value for money. There is a cute coffee bar just around the corner.
