This was a pleasant surprise. The location was amazing. Very close to St Mark's Basilica and a lot of great restaurants We were able to visit all main attractions by walking and no need for the water bus. The facilities are new and modern, considering most of the hotels in Venice are very old. Also, they were able to install and elevator, which was a plus for my mother(70 years old).

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere. The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical. The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.

Our stay at Ca pagan was beautiful. The room so elegantly presented.. staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful sitting outside in the private courtyard.. such a beautiful place to stay. Nice n quiet so it's nice coming back after exploring through venice.

After checkout they let us leave our bags in lobby which was a life saver for us. The location is perfect if you are leaving Venice with plane. It was a clean and a nice stay. Would definetly come back.

Perfect location quiet within walking distance of everything especially the water taxi from airport There was a mini fridge and robes slippers. Free drinks on arrival and in fridge and also free breakfast. If you want somewhere very Venetian I would definitely recommend it. You can come and go as you please. It’s more like air Bnb property then an hotel. We loved it. Xxx Exceptionally clean absolutely spotless

    Lovely place. We got upgraded to 2 bed apartment for only €20 extra which was very welcome. Great localisation, good host friendly and helpful, plus 10% discount to a local restaurant with delicious pizza. Clean and tidy apartment, with canal view which we loved. Basics kitchen appliances more then needed for short stay. Highly recommended.

    This may have been the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. Our room was tasteful decorated with thoughtful finishing touches. Riccardo is a great host who made us feel welcome and ensured we were settled into our room. We loved the location, and looked forward every evening to relaxing with locals for aperitivos.
