This is a great budget option! It is super close to the station so it makes getting around very easy. The bunks were roomy too, with really good blackout curtains if you want to sleep early or late. The property has a microwave and kettle, which makes preparing food easy. They also have the option of ¥100 for all you can drink tea or coffee for one night. A big mixture of travellers stay, I even made a another new friend!!!

The property is just a short walk from the cable car station. The hosts were amazing and we completely enjoyed our stay. Yas and Miho went over and above to make us feel at home and it did feel like we were staying with family. They took us for a walk around the property and to a lookout point where you can get a great view of Osaka Bay. It was snowing the day we arrived and it was very special. We also had a wonderful home cooked dinner, followed by delicious dessert. I would completely recommend this property to anyone looking for a short getaway on Mt Rokko. Oh, and one more thing, the beds are very comfortable!

The staff was so kind! Specially the women who I checked in with and who helped me making the rice balls, she was amazing and really makes you feel welcome. The location is fine, not so close from Shin-Kobe but still is a walkable distance and the area felt safe and peaceful. The rooms were also okay according to the price, but the free rice balls were amazing.

The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet in the evening. I slept very well during my stay. The bathroom was clean and they had separate bathrooms and showers for men and women. I really appreciate that. The location in China town was convenient too with many street food vendors.

It was a wonderful one-night stay, allowing me to fully enjoy every corner of Arima Onsen. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, giving me a restful sleep during my trip. With Kinsen (Golden Hot Spring) right in front of the accommodation, I could relax in the hot spring at night when the crowds had died down. Since it was centrally located in the alleys of Arima, I enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood in the morning, trying delicious street food along the way!
