Stayed in the double rooom with the balcony , and it exceeded expectations! The room was spacious, modern, and elegantly decorated. The sunrise view from the balcony was breathtaking, making each morning a memorable experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen, added to the convenience. Perfect for both couples and solo travellers. Highly recommend for a relaxing and scenic getaway!"

Me and one of my office colleague stayed at house of sincerity for three nights and I must say the place is really comfy. The place is so close to Maharagama town ( just walking distance to Wattegedara junction) and our stay was really great. The room has a pantry with gas cooker, microwave, mini fridge and other cooking stuffs which was really helpful. Akil, the owner is so supportive, friendly and assures the safety of the tenants. Will defenitly choose the place in future as well.

The Mount Bay Guesthouse became our second home! We stayed there twice during our stay in Sri Lanka - 2 minutes away from the beach. At our arrival the owners Steph and Sam welcomed us with open hearts and hospitality at its best! The rooms are very clean, the service is excellent and in the guesthouse has also a nice restaurant with the best and friendliest chef. Sam is also doing his own chili sauce, so spice lovers can just ask for a little extra spice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The new menu is excellent, good portioned and the food tastes like heaven. I can really recommend the whole fish - super fresh and spicy! The whole staff was super nice and helped us with anything from transfers or recommendations for things to do! We became instant friends and discovered so many things in common. They even took us to the pool at the Mount Lavinia Hotel and introduced us to their friends. We had an incredibly good time and laughed a lot. That‘s why they invited us for their NYE party at the rooftop of the guesthouse (free entry), which has an excellent view on the beach. Amazing people, tasty food, good music and a nice view on the fireworks - what a blast! Thank you, dear Sam and Steph! You and your guesthouse have touched our hearts! Keep this spirit up and hope to see you soon! This was definitely not our last visit!

At first we were a little skeptical because there was no reviews, but still decided to go. And it turned out amazing, place looks beautiful and everything is very comfortable.
