Abdul was the best host, he welcomed us in the guest house as a family and the next day he guided us through a hike in the sorroundings, showing us small Berber villages around and explaining their culture. A truly unique experience!

We loved staying at the dar ait bouguemez. Rooms are decorated in a traditional way, ours was wonderful, on the ground floor, with the cosiest bathroom we've seen during our one week trip across Morocco. It was a bit chilly in the January so we asked for the gas heater and it was easy to heat the space in 30min. Thanks to that we slept like babies under a thick duvet and blankets. The place is spotlessly clean, the water under the shower was warm and available with good pressure. The best thing was the delicious breakfast and an ever better dinner consisting of a soup, tajine, mint tee and fruit dessert which we ordered for the both evenings we were staying. Homemade and delicious! This house is located in a completely remote village with no WiFi and no phone connection so be prepared for that. We loved that fact almost as much as the hospitality of the owner and his wife! At the end of our stay we bought two lovely wool carpets at a great price. Thank you so much for the stay.

The location is very good. By food you are quickly at the falls and still not in the middle of the touristzone. The outside patio is very charming and even inside there is a little oven to warm you up. Aziz is very kind and helpfull and willing to help wherever he can. The food was good and Aziz and staff even made us a last minute lunch. Therefore very recommandable.

Ismael was the kindest and most helpful Host we had in marocco. And we have had some great experiences regarding maroccan hospitality during our 2 weeks Trip. The location is very good too. Not too close to the touristic centre and perfect for parking. The waterfall Is still only a few minutes by foot. We can really recommend this Riad

Absolutely lovely stay! Wonderful host, 3 minutes walk to the cascades (no need to go around, there is a shortcut). We also came quite late and it was not a problem at all. Very comfy room and super clean, fully recommend!
