Cecile was the most incredible and sweet hostess. We had everything we needed in our room and we could always ask Cecile if we needed anything else. Super clean room and bathroom. Very beautiful house in perfect location in Playa del Carmen. Big recommendation!!!

It definitely exceeded my expectations, the Hotel is absolutely amazing. Very close to ADO bus station, very close to Quinta Avenida and the beach, close to all kinds of businesses (pharmacy, restaurants), quiet, looked like a safe neighborhood close to all main touristic points, easy to find. Location was perfect, superb, the best! Staff was very friendly and helpful, very nice receptionist. The day I went the elevator was out of service, there are a few steps, not a big deal, I did have 2 large suitcases so I sweat a bit going up and down 🤣 Check in, getting keys and check out procedures were easy and quick. Good Wifi. The facilities are AWESOME! The most impressive thing is the cleaningness, everything was prestine, very clean, showers, toilets, sinks and rooms, nothing was dirty. Toilets are separated from showers and sinks, I really liked that, the place has an open concept so there is no line or waiting to use anything. Shower rooms are big with a small waiting area with a bench so you take your things there and it won't get wet. Decoration of the Hotel is very pretty. The room is small exactly like the pictures, beds are very comfortable and big, not much space for luggage so pack light. The place is not hot at all, the whole facility is cool and it is 1 floor under grown level. VERY QUIET, no street noise, you can sleep in absolute silence. I recommend to all, worth every cent and more. Amazing option right in the center of Playa.

We loved our stay here, location is great. Away from the main busy and loud part of town but close enough to walk in every day as we did. Close to a quiet beach which is perfect and cheaper shops. Rodrigo the host was one of the best we had in Mexico, he is so kind and caring and genuinely interested in his guests. He does a great job in the hotel and keeps everything clean and well maintained. Free water and tea and coffee is perfect, being able to use the kitchen and having plenty of seats outside the room is also great. I would recommend this property to any travellers.

In a great location, 10 minutes walking distance to supermarkets and beach. Rooms and showers are very clean. Each room has its own equipped kitchen. Management and staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for making me feel as comfortable as at home.

Very new and underrated at the moment. Very nice furniture, not made for mass tourism. It is a nice quiet place. I hope it will stay that way. Even has a jaccuzzi (didnt use it). Very clean

I had a great time at Casamaya. I enjoyed a lot the facilities and the community spirit created by Pepe and Rudy. And as a bonus there was a very nice playlist running in the background and a super cute dog, Maco, always up for play. I also did some dives with Pepe which were great and I would totally recommend. Pepe gave me a lot of great diving advice. I would definitely go back there.
