Although there were 2 other rooms sharing the kitchen space, I was lucky that they weren't occupied while I was there, so no issue with other guests.

The location : close of the center and the Cerro de la bufa. With a great sunset from the balcony. The house: nice kitchen, nice room with beautiful ceiling, good bathroom clean and nice and a cool rooftop to enjoy the sunsets on the valley. The hosts: very polite and helpful.
