This guest house is in a great location close to the waterfront. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided many suggestions for activities and transportation. He even picked us up from the airport, as he was nearby. We were able to leave luggage on the day of our checkout before our late flight. Good AC, consistently hot water, great restaurant downstairs. Would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Seladah Homestay. The property consists of two combined houses, making it quite spacious with a total of eight rooms (two rooms downstairs and the rest upstairs). It features an RFID door lock system and an automatic gate with a remote, so there’s no need to use a traditional key. We arrived late at night, but self-check-in was convenient, allowing us to settle in without waiting for the owner. The homestay also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, estimated at around 500 Mbps. Since all guests live under the same roof, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your housemates. Our rooms, located upstairs, were designed for two people and came with private bathrooms, which was very convenient. The living room has TVs available for use, and a washing machine is beneath the staircase. The parking area accommodates about three cars inside the compound and two additional cars outside. The owner was also very responsive to my inquiries. Thank you very much for a great experience! I will definitely return for my next stay. :)

The host, Zak, is excellent. Very friendly, helpful, with a great heart. He provided me with all the information about where to go, what to do, and he also offered some tours in beautiful places like the Bengo Dam and the caves. The location is good, very close to the waterfront, which can be reached on foot and then by jetty (only 1 RM! Last ride: 6 pm - afterwards you either take a grab or walk about 30 min until the Darul Hana bridge). It's very safe and the people are incredibly friendly. I was stopped on the street by little children who greeted me and asked for my name! The rooms are comfortable, and the cats are lovely!

I stayed for seven days with my family. Our stay was exceptional. The owner is very, very nice, helping, and cooperative. Our checkout time was 19:00, he didn't charge any extra. He helped us to drop us near the river to get a boat. When we were coming back he paid for us to the taxi driver without my knowledge, when we arrived at the airport driver told us he had already paid for you. About stay, there is a separate entrance for family. Outside is wide area and is green. Big kitchen with free coffee. Hot and cold drinking water is also a hot shower. If next I will visit kuching I would like to stay at this place. Also I would like to recommend you for safe and calmn stay. Room size is big and enough.
