There’s so much to like about this place- the setting is stunning with magnificent views all around, from the room, from your bed, the terrace, the pool. We really enjoyed the infinity pool. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful setting and relatively close to great hiking and things to do/see. Finally, Jorge was a wonderful and welcoming host with excellent recommendations.

It's a nice apartment on the lower part of Prazeres. You will have a view on the sea and on some parts of the mountains. Lucky, there's a parking lot right next to the house and you only need 8 minute by foot to the next supermarket and pizza restaurant. The owner is very friendly and I was greeted with a clean apartment. There's a kitchen but it's only missing an oven. On the other hand, there are 2 big bedrooms, each with an own bathroom (shower and bathtubs). From there you reach Funchal within 45 minutes by car and the streets are in good condition. I made some hikes in the area and if you're not with a car, taxi (Bolt) there is no problem. Be careful about bus stops as I had trouble to find them. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to everyone who likes to have a quiet environment and a more rural experience. For a more organised daily life, a clothes rack at the entrance would be nice so I don't need to put my jacket away in the bedroom.

The house is great! Living room and kitchen on the ground floor and all the rooms are on the first floor. The room I was staying was room #3 with 2 separate single beds and no specific view. Totally fine for 1 person. The kitchen was absolutely furnished with everything you may need. Every room has its shelf in the cupboards and the fridge shelfs are to share with the other guests. The pool is the cherry on top of the cake!!! I was exercising every morning and then having a dive. The perfect wake up for me! The house is in a very quiet area, 30 minutes driving from Funchal and 45 minutes (max) from the Airport. Totally useful to have a car (the taxi ride costs €65 on weekday and €85 on Sundays). There is a bus stop very close by, better be prepared with apps and timetables if you prefer to travel by means of transportation. Carlos was super helpful and ready to assist. Also all the cleaning girls I met during my stay were super approachable and very kind. I am already spreading the word with my friends and willing to come back next year 💕

Great location, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The owner was helpful, room and shared spaces were extremely clean and tastefully equipped. Loves the hottub. Room, bathroom and balcony were all very spacious. The best accomodation we stayed in on Madeira!

This small hotel is located in a very beautiful place between the mountains. The sound from the Levada Novo is very calming. There is a beautiful garden, well taken care off. The rooms are nice, very good size and clean. Mr. Danilo who runs the place is very nice and he cares about it. The breakfast was nice with eggs, bread, cheese, cereals and fruits, every morning Carmen or Mr. Danilo was ready to prepare the breakfast and eggs. We had a wonderful week and we absolutely love this place.
