Location location location-Just outside Kruger in a quiet lush gated macadamia farm. Very peaceful and rejuvenating. They spoilt us with breakfast and a delicious 6 course dinner with a different menu every night. The cottages were spacious and we had a warm log fire going for some of those cold nights. We also had good wifi and drinkable tap water from their Bore well. Tracy was an excellent host very knowledgeable and a delight to talk to.Johlene efficiently managed our itinerary and pointed us in the right direction with travel advice. We will miss you both.

After a hectic 2 weeks of travel through South Africa we found the perfect place to relax and unwind. Ilara was the perfect hostess and we combined our stay with a pamper day at Summerfield and a Panorama Route excursion. The meals at Plumbago are 5 star and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful property, and the room was so big and spacious. We felt very safe and had a great nights sleep for both nights. The host was very helpful, gave us some great places to eat and advice for visiting Kruger National park. Breakfast was lovely, we really enjoyed the options of cooked breakfast and cereal/toast/yogurt and fruit options. We would love to visit again.

Phillip and Margi are really great hosts!!!! They helped us a lot with our lost baggage in JoBurg airport, repeatedly phoned and looked after!. Both know all the good iand interesting places around and give very good advice. Breakfast ist outstanding. Margi ansd Phillip, we really enjoyed the stay with You together at Shiloh cafe!!! Tanks a lot!!!
