The 360-degree view from the property was the highlight. The location was far from busy towns, and you could hear the cattle as you walked through the vast area. The property also had two cats, and it was a lovely place to relax for two days. There was access to a fully functioning kitchen to prepare your food. The views from the kitchen were amazing too. The property was clean, the bathrooms well kept, and it even had an in-built speaker in the shower!

The stuff was friendly, helped us with everything, the grill, the jacuzzi, always there and ready to help. The kitchen with the dishwasher was also helpful.

If you would like to discover the area, skiing, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and the homestay can arrange a bicycle rental service. Cosy, comfy, clean, nice, perfect. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, had a nice chat. Would definitely recommend and come again.

The accommodation offers private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking for guests. Friendly owner, comfy bed, decent breakfast. We only stayed one night on our way to different destination. Would definitely book again.

We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect
