The location was great. Near to the metro that goes to center. 20 mins walk to Belvedere. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Its located on the ground floor but you can not hear the voice from outside or from other rooms. Its well insulated. There is a small kitchen that you can use microwave, nespresso machine, and other utensils. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in so far expect 5stars.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Very welcoming owner, we felt right at home! Close to Tesla delivery center. We flew and spent one night before picking our new car the next morning. Everything was very great!

We were there in January and the apartment was very warm. With the high walls, high doors and the decorated ceiling, the apartment makes you think you are in a palace, which I liked. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable. In the closets we had extra towels, blankets, and everything else clean and ironed. A good surprise was the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and separated second toilet. The breakfast was very rich, we didn't even manage to eat all that was brought to us. Regarding the staff, I have the best words for Mila and Edina, they were very kind and helpful. Greetings to them! The hotel is in a very quiet and safe street. In fact, in Vienna you feel safe everywhere. The bus passes exactly on that road, but you don't need it at all, because you can go to the center on foot, enjoying the beautiful city of Vienna. If you go in winter for a few minutes of walking, you can reach City Hall Park and enjoy ice skating. Don't miss it. I will come back!

The pension is located in the very heart of Vienna. It’s very close to Haofburg palace and the main streets Graben. There are plenty of shops and bars around. All the sights are in a few minutes walk. Definitely recommend the hotel especially for the winter season during the Christmas markets. There are two metro stations near by. Good breakfast and friendly staff
