Imagine my immense relief and gratitude when the hotel manager contacted me! Not only had they found and safely stored it, but they kindly offered to mail it back to me in Hong Kong. The joy of getting my watch back was incredible. This genuine care and going the extra mile for a guest is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you so much! Combined with the lovely room and perfect location, I highly, highly recommend this hotel. An outstanding experience!
