Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

Ursula and Kurt were the most welcoming hosts and made us feel right at home. Room was very clean and tidy with very comfortable beds with a balcony with a stunning view. Large bathroom with lots of towels available with a mini fridge and a kettle. Very accommodating with the English language with translations on hand for clear communication. Perfect for a traveling couple or solo travelers.

We arrived during sunset time and I couldn’t get my eyes off the view for a second. Markus is very welcoming and friendly, we got everything we need during the stay. The bed and pillow were the best in my entire trip that I had a nice sleep.

We are a family of four (our daughters are 6 and 3 years old), and after a long day in the car, arriving at Nisihof immediately gave us a relaxed feeling. The surroundings, the lounge area, the ambiance — everything invites you to unwind. The room was very cozy with comfortable beds, and although the bathroom is shared, it was exceptionally clean. After putting the kids to bed, we could enjoy some drinks and snacks from the bar. Definitely a place we recommend — whether you’re on your way to your final destination or just looking for a few days of relaxation.

The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Exceptional location and facilities, you can find everything that you need at the house. It was very pleasant stay and the host is the most welcoming person. Would definitely recommend and would like to return.
