Truly exceptional! From the moment we booked, the communication with the host was seamless and friendly. The homestay itself was a dream come true, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and filled with natural light. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the host even offered to cook us dinner one night, which was an absolute treat. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. I had a fantastic stay at Heaven's Gate Home Stay. The check-in was quick and the staff were incredibly welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of thr mountains. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were excellent. What truly stood out was the exceptional and truly one-time service. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.

Exceptionally great support from the owner who provided me with detailed information on arrival. After I got out of the taxi, he was waiting for me at the Nanhua gate with an umbrella and helped me carry my luggage to a nearby accommodation. Friendly atmosphere of family accommodation, but with hotel comforts. The owner arranged a ticket for a boat ride, recommended where to go for good and cheap food, where the locals go. Great views, close to the center, but in a quiet area. I highly recommend it.

The room was big and with very nice views to Tianmen Mountain. The owners of the Home Stay were very kind and trying to help in every moment. I would highly recommend it!

And it's close to the Tianmen Mountain cableway！It only takes two minutes to walk！ Just across the street！The room is very clean！This enthusiastic lady has given us a lot of help！It is highly recommended that everyone come here to play! Zhangjiajie Forest Park is also fun! Tianmen Mountain is also very beautiful!I like Zhangjiajie! I love China!

Affordable price It's a very cozy homestay managed by Rebecca and her families, location is great if you visit the Park. Breakfast is very tasty.in addition, we ordered dinners, which are also nice. They had a cute puppy named Wang Chai, who is really adorable. will recommend this place

Wang's kind hospitality. She went out of her way to be helpful in every way possible. The homestay is situated at a point on a hill that overlooks the town of Fenghuang, so, aside from the amazing views, the air is clean and fresh.
