The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us. While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast served on the terrace with its magnificent mountain views.

There was nothing not to like. Everything from staff to property was amazing. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station dispone de vistas a la ciudad, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Jenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

Yijingju Humanistic Inn ofrece vistas a la ciudad, salón de uso común y wifi gratis. We had a fantastic stay. The staff was extremely helpful, booking our tickets to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Grand Canyon, as well as helping us plan our routes. It made our trip!

Just next to the ancient town, the owner was extremely helpful and spoke English. Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

Muy buena atencion. Unas vistas impresionantes y una habitacion muy autentica. Destacar el desayuno que era muy completo y riquisimo.

Rebecca es una genia, está todo el tiempo pendiente de lo que necesitas. Te gestiona entradas, traslados y todo lo que precises en la estadía. 100% recomendable!

Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park se encuentra a 20 km de Parque forestal nacional de Zhangjiajie, en Zhangjiajie, y dispone de equipamiento como salón de uso común, terraza y... The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.

Easy House Gaoyun Branch se encuentra en Zhangjiajie, a 19 km de Parque forestal nacional de Zhangjiajie, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, restaurante y bar. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Viajamos en invierno y hace mucho frío pero nos tenían preparada una manta eléctrica para la cama que fue simplemente una bendición. En el alojamiento nos ayudaron con la información y además estaba todo súper limpio, por nuestra parte no podemos pedir más
