I stayed there for a night and they were very helpful. I had a problem with the payment and they accommodated me and paid for the taxi until my problem was resolved. It features European-inspired accommodation with classic furnishings and elegant décor. Breakfast was great! Salmon, lettuce, eggs, croissant and coffee was a energising start to the day.

The host (Mary) is a superb person. She picked us up from Xiao Jing Jewellery Store and also helped us in many ways. Provided free breakfast in the morning, and the room heater worked superbly. You can cook your food yourselves, and there is also free laundry. The toilet was also clean.This is not a hotel/hostel, It's a homestay. I will recommend it to everyone, and if I come to Shanghai again, definitely, I will stay here one more time.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and accommodating for us! easy to communicate with as they spoke english. It was also a very convenient location close to metro station and plenty of food and shops around. we had no issues whatsoever! Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re visiting shanghai with your friends or family

There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. I liked absolutely everything. The staff are really nice and helpful. Also very understanding, as I had problems with Alipay on my arrival. Fresh towels and water delivered everyday without asking for it. Breakfast was so delicious, I have no words. Close to the Disneyland, a bit further to the city, but still very easily accessible.

We were amazed by the exceptional authentic experience, live like the locals do in probably the most beautiful neighborhoods of Shanghai close to the buzzing city center with its beautiful trees and old colonial houses. The host was very friendly and helped us with all our questions and supported us with tips and tricks in exceptionally good English. You have to get past the typical old style Chinese entry of the apartments where you really feel like a local and behind the apartment door you get into a modern spacious apartment with a lot of character. I highly recommend this apartment to adventurous people that are able to think outside the box and favour an authentic adventure in Shanghai.
