Great little find on Providencia. The hosts are really helpful, they helped us hire a scooter (which you will need for getting round the island) and booked us a snorkelling trip which was amazing! The room was really nice, very clean and they did us a lovely breakfast on the terrace for a small cost. The island is a real paradise, very quiet and relaxing.

The rooms are a good size with the most comfortable beds I've slept in whilst I've been away. The place is always clean and really feels like you are at home with how you are greeted, looked after and The location is perfect also, in SW Beach, 2 mins from a supermarket and a great dive school. You are getting a great bargain when you stay here. Providencia is also the safest place Ive traveled to in the Americas. Take it from me... Im English 😁

I loved staying at Cedar Valley for my first time ever visiting Providencia. Thankfully, the price point matched my expectations and gave me a good base for my scuba diving adventures. The most important piece is the friendliness of Melida. She was so nice and welcoming and made me feel as one should when you stay at a Posada. Enjoyed being on the top floor as there were less mosquitos and as someone who has sweet blood - it was very important. Definitely take her up on the lunch and dinner options if available. Last but not least - when I was departing she took time out of her today to thank me for staying with her and thanking me for visiting Providencia. Those types of things really warm my heart and I just thanked her for having me. Tip: Be sure to know how to drive a scooter and if not, try and learn before hand. I swear next time I'm going to learn to drive one myself :-)

Featuring a garden and free WiFi, Ketlina Village is located in Providencia. All rooms feature a TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Rooms come with a terrace with a garden view. Jorge and Tisha were very, very helpful in booking this stay. They communicate very well, offer assistance with connections to transportation and restaurants, and they care about your experience. My now fiancee and I were there to celebrate her birthday! Tisha and Jorge assisted me in decorations and dinner reservations, cake and making it a loving and wonderful moment of engagement. I can not thank them enough! God bless them and Ketlina Village! I can't wait to return! When you come, ask for Tisha! She is amazing and very helpful! -Mike
