A nice guesthouse for our two night stay in Mindelo. The hosts are very welcoming and we enjoyed our large room. The breakfast was plentiful and we were able to try many local treats. There's ample parking outside if you have a rental.

Casa JPi ligt aan het strand in São Pedro, op een paar minuten lopen van Praia de São Pedro, en is voorzien van diverse voorzieningen, zoals een terras, een restaurant en een bar. Schitterende locatie, direct aan zee. Met uitzicht op de schilpadden vanaf je balkon. Jean Pierre is een zeer goede host die ons heeft opgehaald vanaf de boot en ons weer tijdig naar het vliegveld heeft gebracht.

Casa Bom Dia bevindt zich in Mindelo, op 19 minuten lopen van Praia da Laginha, en heeft een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een bar. De accommodatie ligt op 10 km van Monte Verde Natural Park. Really comfortable space, inside and out. Christina was super friendly and helpful during our entire stay and kept herself available throughout our visit. The rooftop patio and accessible fridge/kitchen space was super convenient during our stay as well.

Location is in a quiet area, about 20 mins walking distance from the ferry and 10 mins to the center. Filomena, the owner, is amazing!! We were only there for one night before our ferry to Santo Antão but when we went back to Sao Vicente she let us leave our luggage there while we explored the city and then let us take a shower!! Highly recommend!

Oia Mindelo Chambre d'hotes bevindt zich in Mindelo, op 15 minuten lopen van Praia da Laginha en 1,3 km van Torrende Belém, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, airconditioning, een gedeelde lounge... Fabulous place to stay in Mindelo. Safe neighborhood and close to the center (10 min walk). The actual property is a room with ensuite bathroom inside a bigger apartment where also family lives on the premises. The kitchen and living room are shared. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast included in the price. Also for a modest extra charge it's possible to eat dinner/late lunch with the family. This is highly recommended as the most of Mindelo restaurants are closed during daytime and the restaurant food is mostly mediocre anyway. The homemade dinners are freshly prepared and tasty, excellent value for money. The owner Antonio is very helpful and a great source of local advise and knowledge. Many thanks to the owner for helping me with many practical tasks while in Mindelo, it would take me a lot more time and effort to figure it out by myself. Would not hesitate to stay here again. If you are in Mindelo, look no further.

He was friendly, helpful and showed me around Mindelo. The room, bathroom and kitchen were top quality and I would give it a top ranking. Breakfast was also delicious. This was my favourite place in Cape Verde.
