Really good noise insulation! Yes, you can hear the main hall, but when guests get to their rooms, it's quiet. Also almost no noise from the street. Beds are comfy and there is a coffee machine with coffee capsules which they fill up every day. There is no tea kettle, but it's possible to ask to borrow one. The parking is steep, but possible to park a wide and low clearance car (BMW Z4) without a hassle.

The staff is very hospitable and reactive through WhatsApp. The accommodation is pristine clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. There are e-bikes available for free (which was very helpful to venture out to less touristy beaches and cafes).
