Great location, and the property is clean and well-maintained. The room and bathroom are very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet for a light sleeper like me, yet just a 1-2 minute walk from popular bars and restaurants. The host is very welcoming and actively communicated with us, providing travel information and assistance. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

We had several questions about the means of transportation, restaurant options. The best was the last day, our train didn't leave until way past checkout time. Raul, the host, let us leave our luggage in a side room, and we were able to take full advantage of the day until 5 pm. We loved the location. We were central and walking distance to many lovely neighborhoods on both sides of the river. We rented bikes both days from Surf the City - near the Torre del Oro. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice firm mattress.
