This medieval building offers a very special décor, each floor represents one of the historic cultures from Toledo: Arabic, Jewish or Christian. Great staff, very pleasant. Breakfast was on point. Room was clean with a very nice view to the cathedral. Staff also made sure we know were to go and gave us great recommendations

Very friendly and communicative, answered all of my doubts during the booking process, and welcomed us so warmly that we even felt we got a mother in the house (seriously!). At the some point, I got sick, and she was also very helpful by giving me promptly the medicine I needed from her personal storage. We will never forget how well we were treated by her! ☺️ And oh, I almost forgot: the breakfast prepared by Norma was great and served us very well. Overall, it was a very heartwarming and homelike experience! 💜
