Very clean, AMAZING garden, really in touch with nature (2 pet mini chickens that I loved, Hasel and Cranberrly - don't know if I spelled it correctly, squirrels, birds, lovely flowers), and still super close to the centre, to everything that You need. Great addition is the coffee and tea machine, the spotless bathroom (practical also for people with back problems like me). The room was reserved without breakfast, but the additional stuff that You can drink/eat in the morning without any supplementary cost is literally all you need in the morning.
