I was looking for accommodation at the last minute and luckily they had a room available. I was even able to check in in the morning, which I really appreciated. Annas took care of me throughout my stay and he was really helpful and friendly. He speaks excellent English, so I was able to ask him about interesting things to see in Malang and Indonesia in general. I definitely recommend this accommodation😊

Warm welcome from Johan and his nephew, the room was clean and already fresh with the AC. The place felt like home and we could also use the kitchen. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food and fruits. The location is perfect, in a calm neighborhood, close to the city center. We also plan the visit to Ijen with Johan and everything went smoothly ! Thanks for everything, it was a pleasure to meet you :)

Maison Manendra - Bromo ligt in Gubukklakah, op 22 km van Bromo, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. Maison Manendra is not only a hotel/guesthouse but a whole concept. The rooms are big and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom with a warm water shower. The food is good and portions are generous. You mostly eat at a big table with other guests but if you don't like it you are not forced to socialize. After dinner, Rani and Oussama ask what you are planning to do the next day. If you are planning to do the Bromo walking tour and other guests like to join, you share a car (and the cost of it)... or not if you prefer to go alone. We had the chance to share cars for the Bromo walking tour and for the Tumpak Sewu waterfall and could cut the cost and have a good time with fellow travellers. Rani and Oussama offer solutions for most of your travelling problems: transportation to Maison Manendra from Malang, Bromo Tour without other people around you, tour to Tumpak Sewu with a fantastic guide, taxi to Surabaya... and many more. Rani and Oussama travel a lot in and out of Indonesia and are well aware of what you need during your Java trip. If you are looking for luxury, it is not the place for you. As for myself, I got far more than I expected. Merci Rani et Oussama, c'était absolument super!

Mountain Ecolodge ligt in Gubukklakah, op 23 km van Velodrome Malang en 24 km van Bentoel Museum, en biedt accommodatie met een terras, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en gratis privéparkeren. Schoon, goed bed, en zeer vriendelijke Mary ! We mochten zelfs haar persoonlijke scooter lenen om naar restaurant te gaan.

Budi was an amazing host and both picked us up from the trainstation and brought us to our bus after our stay. Extremely helpful man that would do anything to make your stay as good as possible!

Harry's is the perfect place to wind down in a peaceful coastal town in Java. The general vibe around the place is great, thanks in large part to the owner Tina, and the town of Pacitan and the area around is very scenic as well. Whether the surf is on or not, you'll have a good time here regardless

I arrived in the middle of the night because my bus was late but the host waited for me and even prepared breakfast for me. Great place also to do Ijen, they organize it for you !

You can also book the tour through him, I highly recommend! Thank you so much Juda, I felt like at home.
