The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful location with views of the sea and the lush green valley is pure bliss. They ensure that the accommodation always looks better and better. Every morning we enjoyed a fresh and delicious breakfast, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of immediately – even arranging a scooter for us at a great price. But the most special thing? The staff are more than just friendly – they became family. We laughed together, shared stories, and even shed tears when it was time to say goodbye. We will absolutely be back – and once you’ve been here, you’ll understand why it’s so easy to fall in love with this place and its wonderful people. They also rent electric/bicycles with affordable prices. Wasnt taking anypics in this hotel but what are advertised was quite accurate.

Great location, very clean, great warm shower, easy access to two amazing waterfalls by walking, easy for pickup for your Rinjani summit. The homestay also has a restaurant with great and delicious food menu, and great internet access. And also can arrange the trekking for you. There are lots of homestay around but this family are so kind you won’t regret booking with them. The price both for accommodation and food is so good you want to stay longer. For those doing the Rinjani summit, I recommend staying one night before and after your trekking here so you get to explore and rest both. To great owner, both Addy and his kind wife, I never forget your kindness and hope to see you soon again.

Best place I stayed on my 3 weeks in Indonesia. The staff are incredible! The view so peaceful and calming. There is noise from surrounding mosque but as to be expected. I used earplugs for early prayers. Food in the restaurant excellent. I didn’t need to leave as I had all I needed at the accommodation. I did a wonderful village tour of the rice fields and waterfalls. Highlight of my stay. I also did the Mt Rinjani 2 day trek and the staff helped organise this. The best part of my 3 weeks was this trek, the exceptional staff and my stay at Tetebatu!!

We loved the peace and quiet in the rice fields. Be aware that it is a more isolated location. We wished we had rented scooters to get around.

Edi and his family are amazing! Everything was so nice! He took care of me and my friend. Provided for Everything we needed and asked for. Massage, manicure & pedicure, waterfal, ricefield, local delicacy special request snails from the ricefields 😋😋😋, ricewine, cacao, ATM, laundry, special souvenirs, music every night, scooter, .... just ask for it and you get it! And for a reasonable price! The mattrass was the most comfortable i have had in Indonesia. Food was great. Always with complimentary fruits and water. I had an amazing time at Dira bungalow. I just came back from Rinjani and it was very convenient to have only 2 steps between my room and the restaurant! As my legs were killing me 😆!
