Nyande Raja Ampat ligt tegenover het strand in Pulau Mansuar en heeft een tuin en een terras. De kamers hebben een balkon met uitzicht op de zee en gratis WiFi. Na een hele lange vlucht van Amsterdam naar Sorong met een tussenstop op Jakarta zijn we de eerste 4 nachten van onze droomreis bij Nyande Homestay begonnen. We hebben hier geweldige dagen gehad met prachtige duiken, alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld, ook de nieuwe duikshop is top, goede staf en goede duikgidsen. De lokatie is echt prachtig, vooral als je over de lange steiger richting strand loopt tussen de 2 romantische waterbungalows door, zó ontzettend mooi 🥰. En dan die prachtige junglegeluiden die we daar hoorden, hier hebben we zó van genoten, dat gaan we echt missen. Mijn vriend was tijdens ons verblijf daar jarig, Andy heeft voor hem een verjaardagstaart geregeld, echt top! Hans was echt verrast! Als we weer terugkomen naar Raja Ampat dan staat Nyande Homestay zeker op ons lijstje, maar dan gaan we voor één van die romantische waterbungalows. Esne, Andy en staf, nogmaals bedankt voor de geweldige tijd die we bij jullie hebben gehad 😘.

Seahorse Homestay bevindt zich in Pulau Mansuar in de regio West-Papua, en heeft een terras en uitzicht op de zee. Handdoeken en beddengoed worden bij de homestay verzorgd. Vanaf het eerste moment hebben we ons thuisgevoeld bij Adin, Penny en Ekko. Wat een gastvrijheid! Eerlijk, meedenkend qua tours, goede communicatie vooraf en Engelssprekend (wat niet vanzelfsprekend is in Raja Ampat). Het eten is heerlijk en de wc/douche zijn superschoon. Keep up the good work! Paparisa Homestay in Kri biedt accommodatie alleen voor volwassenen met een tuin, een privéstrand en een terras. Je kunt genieten van het uitzicht op de zee. Words can't describe how amazing the experience was. Paparisa is a brand new, small, private and secluded homestay with the nicest houses in Kri Island by far (compared to all the other homestays). The place has five "resort level" cosy houses with ensuite semi-open air bathroom (rare in Raja Ampat), big nice comfortable beds with mosquito net, a small private terrace in each house to relax or to watch the sunset and a small restaurant to enjoy your meals (they are building a nice sunset view big restaurant which they said will be ready by September 2025). They provide towels, toilet paper and linen so no need to bring yours. They have some toiletries but better bring some extra shampoo and shower gel for your convenience. Electricity is available almost half of the day and it is more than enough to charge anything in your room! The sea is just three meters from your door so you can easily swim whenever you want. This is also very convenient for diving or excursion's pickups as the boats pick you up straight from your door to go for diving or for a trip! Also, in walking distance you can snorkel in very amazing home reefs on your own. Paparisa rents for a small amount of money snorkeling equipment and these guys can also arrange several snorkeling trips to anywhere in the area. They also have contacts around so don't hesitate to ask them for anything you need! The communication before arrival through WhatsApp was exceptional and they have helped us a lot with our planning (the boat from Waisai to Kri arranged by them and a lot more). The food in the place is very tasty and feels like home and they are willing to cater any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan etc).

Korbekwan Homestay ligt in Besir en biedt een terras en een restaurant. De accommodatie heeft uitzicht op de zee. De homestay biedt ook1 badkamer. Je kunt in de buurt snorkelen. It was just absolutely amazing stating there, cause the reef just simply started over our water Bungalows! No need to book any excursions, beside Fam island, cause you had turtles, reef sharks, even mantas so very close! So loved to stay with that family! The son went out spearfishing for a nice meal ... would love to come back, no better place to snorkeling like 6 hours a day 🤩😊😘. Thanks a lot 😘😘😘

Nyanse Homestay - Raja Ampat ligt in Besir. Handdoeken en beddengoed worden bij de homestay verzorgd. Je kunt bij de homestay genieten van een Aziatisch ontbijt. Mooie plek, We hebben daar fijn gesnorkeld en in de omgeving. Lekker eten, altijd genoeg. Vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen. We hadden een rustig gelegen huisje met veel privacy. De wc was een uitdaging maar ook dat went. Met een ligbed erbij was het een 10 geweest. De zonsondergang is er adembenemend mooi.

Amban Beach House ligt in Manokwari, op minder dan 1 km van Petrus Kafiar Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een bar. Everything was perfect, nice place to come and unwind. If you come from the mountains or the city it is nice to relax here at the beach. Healthy food, very helpful staff and owners. There are only a couple of small shops in the Amban area but the owners were super kind to give me a ride to the city of Manokwari where there is a mall and even a cinema. Also many places to eat in town. I had a really good time here, the owners go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

GAM BAY bungalow's heeft een tuin, een privéstrand, een terras en een restaurant in Besir. Deze accommodatie heeft familiekamers en een barbecue. This place is simply amazing… It is the best Homestay we’ve been to…. I will start with Aaron and his family who are the sweetest and nicer people we’ve met … it is such a special place to stay in Raja Ampat.. Mandee (the guide) is very funny and the best piano player and singer !! Papa Ella best driver who took us to see mantas in the Reef just in front of the house !!! The rooms are big and cute, very very clean and well decorated. You have a wardrobe to put your staff into. The view on the bay is stunning…. You can see fish, as well as baby sharks but also a lot of impressive birds (hornbills, cacatoes, …) The bathroom area is always clean and you have shower gel also ! The food is very tasty and fresh !! It’s always something different (we had various type of fish each day, vegetables, and much more) ! The little pancakes were our favorites for the 5pm snack ahah !! They also build up a view point to see the sunrise and a chill place for sunset on the other side of the bay >> best sunset ever in raja Ampat ! The trips we did with them were well organised and at the cheapest price in the whole area (arborek Jetty, citrus garden, bird of paradis, couscous, pyaniyamo) ! Thanks for everything guys….
