It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

It's a quiet hostal, with a nice rooftop to practice some yoga. In the evening the owners organized cozy activities in the hostal to create a nice, family vibe. The hostal is super close to the beach.

The place is in a quiet area but still few minutes by walking to many restaurants and cafes. Alim, our host shared many tips and he was friendly and helpful letting us do an early check-in and offering an upgrade for some nights to a bigger room (with AC). Shiva, was very nice and helpful helping us with scooter rental and anything we needed. This place has a great value for money.

Overlooking the whitewashed St. Sebastian Chapel, Afonso Guest House is located in the heart of Fontainhas, an old Latin Quarter. Free WiFi access is available. The Panaji Kadamba Bus Station is just 800 metres away. We decided to book this place because of the reviews. And i can only confirm it. we were welcomed with open arms. A Portuguese we felt right at home here. Jeanette is a wonderful person that will make sure you feel like you are a proper guest at her house. Excellent location good wifi and really good coffee.
