The property is situated as part of a lovely fine dining restaurant. The room was large,airy and very clean. The bathroom was modern with toiletries supplied. It’s in a fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away. Lots of cafes and bars to choose from just outside the hotel, however despite this it was still very peaceful at night. What stands out about this property is the host, Jack, and all the staff at the hotel. We’ve had regular communication with the host since booking. He was particularly kind when we realised we’d brought the key with us from the last hotel. He arranged for the key to be returned with no hassle on our part. The front door man and caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever come to Candolim again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and would totally recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😊

Absolutely everything was perfect here. The staff was so attentive, helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was varied and all the food delicious. This homestay was the highlight of our trip. David and Nicole were excellent hosts, not only giving us a history of the area, but also helping us coordinate experiences we were interested in. The even paired us with a driver who helped us navigate the area. They have a beautiful view outside every morning and the rooms were spacious and comfortable while still keeping some of the original design from the 1600's. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

She recommended us a lot of great places and how to get there. The guest house is located in a historic site called Fontainhas, very green and full of coloured houses, just near the chapel of St. Sebastian. The room was very clean and comfortable
