The place is done well. Nice spacious room and sitting area. The hostess Vila is a great cook and friendly. The homestay is close to local markets.

Visiting Kohima was a really nice experience and one of the reasons was definitely the palm guesthouse. 1: Staff members, Manen and Ato, are exquisitely awesome. They were always taking care of me ranging from daily things like foods and transportation to tour arrangement. When it comes to tour arrangements, I felt they offered quite fair price. It was quite good especially for foreigners who were sick of price negotiation in India for sure. 2: Facilities were also well maintained and clean, considering the room rate. Also, the availability of stable hot water was heplful in cold climate. My room had a balcony and I enjoyed the nice view. 3: Location was good in terms of calmness. The guesthouse was not located in the city center, but I was able to stay relaxed, escaping from the dusty and noisy city center. Also, it took just 10 minutes to BOC by taxi at 100Rs. It was acceptable. 価格を考えてもかなり快適な滞在ができました！スタッフ達も快く相談に乗ってくれツアーからおすすめのコーヒーショップまで教えてもらいました。コヒマではここしか滞在していないので比較はできませんが、レビューの高さも納得のゲストハウスでした。

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
