Access instructions were clear and precise, and the owner was friendly and made sure that everything was fine. We found the apartment equipped with towels, a safe, fridge, television, Wifi, and some drinks and snacks. We really appreciated the excellent cleaning service during our stay. The central train station is a 5 minute walk way, Piazza Maggiore (the central square of Bologna) about 10-15 minutes way, and there are plenty of breakfast options in the vicinity.

We spoke using different languages and a translator app. This worked very well. The house and rooms are beautiful and clean. The view from the garden is also beautiful, we had a great time watching the sunset here. Since the restaurant nearby was closed, we were offered a delicious meal cooked by a neighbor for a very reasonable price. I very much recommend staying here.
