First and foremost the place was very clean. The landlord is very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and the location was in a great area, easy to get around. Lovely garden included, plus AC, TVs, etc. Some great restaurants nearby. ❤️

Not very large but the washroom is amazing and we had everything we needed. 10 also to the great communication with the host. Parking, paid separately was also one of the highlights. I was passing through this beautiful area in Italy on business. I needed a place for the night. The way in which it's interior was designed, in a rustic style, was a pleasant surprise. Very tastfully done. Don't be discouraged by the narrow road to the place. For me it added to it's country charm in a very beautiful part of Emilia.
