Dave and Lisa run a warm, welcoming Lodge and work hard to make everyone feel at home. They are great hosts and go that extra mile to make your stay memorable. From the minute we got off the train in Myoko we were looked after. From organizing ski hire and lessons (at last minute), driving us to and from the resorts, to booking and shuttling us to dinner (and even joining us some nights), Dave and Lisa made us feel welcome. We even got a guided off-piste snow boarding tour of Madarao with Dave on a powder day. Kitsune has a relaxed and communal vibe which is in no small part the result of Dave and Lisa's caring approach to their guests. It was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back Thanks Dave and Lisa.

Breakfast was a nice selection of yoghurt, toast, cereals and fruit plus something hot like bacon and eggs, soup etc. Very friendly hosts, clean rooms and a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town.

Funky Monkey Lodge, Myoko ファンキーモンキーロッジ 妙高 se encuentra en Myoko, a 34 km de Templo Zenkoji, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. The inexpensive onsen nearby, the funky kitchen downstairs, the climbing wall, the environment in general and the cosey building.

A short walk to Akakura Onsen Ski Lift and Town by Japow House se encuentra en Myoko, a 34 km de Templo Zenkoji, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y... Beautiful vibes with owners Kimi and Miyu, with their lovely daughters running amok and bringing cheer everywhere! Rooms were great. Breakfast was just right, decent variety and plentiful, perfect for fuelling before a day out. Really wonderful memories of Japow house, especially while winding down in the evenings with other guests, amidst the open and homely vibe. One thing to note for rental cars - make sure you get a 4wd, else when the snow picks up, you have to park at the post office carpark some ways out nearer the main town strip.

This house is located quite far (~2km) to center. However, owner of this house is willing to provide a shuttle for us to the resort nearby. Food was delicious, we have nice breakfast and a dinner. It hase various of breakfast. While dinner, they have the menu that you can order. I would suggest to order in advance to give them time for shopping the groceries and better preparation. Room was nice and acceptable spacious. It has attic room where you can leisure. I would recommend this place.

Park Lodge Sekine se encuentra en Myoko, a 31 km de Templo Zenkoji, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y acceso a pie de pista. A couple run the lodge and they couldn’t be nicer! They did everything to make sure we were looked after, comfortable and catered for. They went above and beyond. Super clean and authentic

Such a great central location, right in the heart of town and close to the slopes. Breakfast every morning was absolutely stellar, and the staff were so friendly, fun and helpful.

Hotel Mumon está en Myoko, a 34 km de Templo Zenkoji, y dispone de alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. Incredibly warm and friendly staff, we felt so welcome and comfortable the entire stay. Was great having a large lounge downstairs with a bar and food available so we could gather there together with friends who were staying at nearby lodging. It’s a short walk to all the activity/restaurants on the main drag, and to the ski lift/ticket office. Facilities are older but very clean and we never lacked for anything. We appreciated the fresh hot tea and treats each afternoon in the room, and great breakfast/coffee each morning. Shinja, Kenji, Hitomi and their families were so sweet and incredibly helpful with everything to make sure we had an enjoyable visit. We are planning to stay at Hotel Mumon again on any future visits to the area!
