Chi and Shuei the owners are the loveliest, most welcoming and helpful hosts. The lodge is beautiful and clean, the rooms are large with ensuite toilet and shared shower room. The breakfast each morning is delicious. The location is amazing right in the centre of the village, a short 10min walk to Hikage Gondola or shuttle to Nagasaka Gondola. You can buy lift passes at the lodge and Chi and Shuei are willing to help with anything. I loved my stay here and really hope to stay again.

We shared a lovely home cooked dinner and breakfast and despite our lack of Japanese were able to have interesting conversations. Would highly recommend.
