I mostly recommend this guesthouse, with homey athomsphere, breakfast and dinner arrange in reasonable price, with generosity and family care. The first thing when I arrived was to offer me tea, bread.. sweats and tasty homemade jams were always on the table. I loved that village, you can easily walk on the hills and trails and enjoy the amazing nature all around.. there's a canal that runs in town and lower the temperature. You can witness there herds of sheep's and horses. for all these reasons I find Karabulak village more authentic and a better choice then Saty which is on flat surface and full with too much accomodations. I came for one day and stayed three days. Wonderful experience. and special thanks to sweet 13years old Kausar (the guesthouse is called by her name), while I was there the mother and her sisters were away, and she, together with her father, were cooking, preparing everything with love and care. It was great to witness her being so mature and caring. Thank you 🙏

It offered lovely views and was equipped with all the necessary items. A small terrace served as a perfect spot for star gazing and admiring wild nature. The place was very quiet and secluded and at the same time you could reach the main street with shops and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Great location to discover the area. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Staying here was a truly unique experience, would love to come back one day.

I was given a warm welcome for my stay with this lovely family, treated like a guest with good meals. Their friendly home is well located between local attractions if you have your own car. I totally recommend it for you to enjoy a more local and authentic experience than any hotel!

I really love this place. It's so peaceful and the food is really awesome. Nice staff too, they even help us to find taxi to Kaindy Lake the next day. I would really recommend this place.

The host is exceptionally kind and always available for any questions, at any time of day. The room was clean, tidy, and pleasant, a cozy little guest unit that felt very private and welcoming. She’s also an amazing cook, the meals were delicious, thoughtful, and full of love. All around is the magical quiet of an authentic village, with green nature and a calming view. You’ll also be greeted by Chucha, the sweet family dog, who clearly loves guests and adds even more charm to the stay. A warm, peaceful local experience, exactly what I was hoping to find.

Гостевой дом Сафар se encuentra en Kapchagay y tiene vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Very pleased with the communication before arrival, and upon arrival we felt welcome. The room is spotlessly clean and has everything necessary. Room size is good: with one double bed and one single bed still enough space to walk and put luggage. The yard is cozy and each room has a little terrace to eat outside.

Perfect location with 4 minutes drive to the kolsay lake. Surrounded with breathtaking Mountain views. Hosts are two very nice ladies who don’t speak English but we communicate very well through google translation. Room decent clean with private bathroom. The price is even better and you can’t beat the price in the area. Highly recommended!
