Supreme location, just 6 minutes walk to the Royal palace and 2 minutes walk to the food court. Across the street is the luxurious Amantaka resort, which will charge you over USD 2000 per night, while staying at Moukdavan guesthouse costs just peanuts compared to that. Yet the spontaneous hospitality from the hostess Jing will make you feel so much at home that by the time of departure, you feel like a family member and wish you can come back as soon as possible. She will also guide you to those secret places entirely different from those busy tourists sites that you can take unusual pictures as I show below. One one thing: Jing is a certified Yoga teacher, and there is a dedicated Yoga practicing hut at the back garden, where you can find peace and health:)

Breakfast is very good, they give you some options to choose and prepare at the moment for you. Very near to everything in the city center. Staff can help you with train tickets, tours, everything.

The location was very close to the center, the rooms were well arranged with many details. The shower was a bit small, but otherwise the bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast a la carte was perfect and we could even order more if we felt hungry. The breakfast area is nice, spatious and child friendly. The lady working in the mornings Tanoy, was the sweetest and nicest person. You can also rent bikes and Tanoy helped us to organize transport to the waterfalls.

Loved the family style breakfast served anytime between 7:30 - 10:30; its great for meeting new people, and spending time getting to know the hosts. I also had the BEST shower to date in Southeast Asia, and the room is comfortable and quiet making sleep easy. You’re slightly outside of the main strip of Luang Prabang, but the bikes on-site are nicer than most rentals and make it easy and convenient to get around. Being slightly outside of the main drag also ensures you’ll explore other parts of the city.

No tuvimos oportunidad de probar la comida o cena en su restaurante, si la piscina y perfecta para darte un refresco del calor, te dejan toallas para ir a la catarata de kuan si con una bolsa del hotel monísima .

When I came to the hotel, I received a such warm welcome from Jessica. She helped me to book a tour and it was a wonderful trip. The room was lovely, clean with good smell. Breakfast was also good with fresh fruits. The location was also near most of places so you can easy walk to visit. Would highly recommend this hotel!
