Me and one of my office colleague stayed at house of sincerity for three nights and I must say the place is really comfy. The place is so close to Maharagama town ( just walking distance to Wattegedara junction) and our stay was really great. The room has a pantry with gas cooker, microwave, mini fridge and other cooking stuffs which was really helpful. Akil, the owner is so supportive, friendly and assures the safety of the tenants. Will defenitly choose the place in future as well.

My daughter and I loved our short stay at Highbury. The property is very beautiful and makes you feel welcome instantly. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our rooms so that we had a small shared outside area and garden.

Wow! We chose this place because it was close to the Immigration office and to the place we were going to work, and because the pictures looked good. I usually take the pictures on Booking with a pinch of salt but at Villa 53 the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the place! It is all you see and more. We were literally welcomed with open arms as though we were old friends and not complete strangers. Sriyantha and Champi welcomed us into their palatial home with smiles and hugs and a delicious glass of ice cold juice. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with big comfy beds with thick duvets and soft pillows. The bathroom is huge with a walk in shower and a bathtub. The pool in the backyard is big enough to swim laps if you're so inclined, perfect temperature. We sat outside in the evening and enjoyed the beautiful garden, the birdsong and the soft perfume from the flowers. In the morning the ladies made us a wonderful breakfast of omelets and fruit, the first day and a Sri Lankan breakfast the second day. Both were great. The immigration office is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Very convenient. Sriyanta drove us to a great restaurant in the evening and came an picked us up when we were done! Service above and beyond. We were sorry to have to leave and will definitely want to stay here again when we come back to Colombo. We arrived as strangers (not for long) and departed as (almost) family.

This place is an oasis in Colombo. We just had one overnight after our arrival at Colombo airport. It’s about 45min from the airport (wo. traffic jam). The interieur and garden area of the boutique hotel is really nice. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The Sri Lankan breakfast is a recommendation.

Super friendly staff and the most adorable dog! The room was exactly like the photos, very neat, clean and had a lot of storage space. All the facilities were in place and in perfect condition. The location is also quite nice with grocery shops, restaurants and bakeries nearby. We stayed here for 10 days and everything was perfect)

Location. It was quite surprising to see how quite surrounding was. Host was very informative and did everything to make my stay very comfortable. I really recommend this place whoever wants to have a quite night close to Colombo. Very easy accessible to Colombo.
