Hosts are amazing and helpful. We also went fishing with Manu. Breakfast is plentiful and good. The rooms were very clean. The location is excellent since it is close to the centre but in a quiet area. And it is also very close to the beach. I highly recommend the place.

We stayed in the new, private house which was truly amazing. Loved the peaceful atmosphere, the privacy and beautiful garden where you could spot plenty of animals in the morning. There is a bedroom with kitchenette and a bathroom. The owner was very kind and attentive.

Lodge feels new and fresh. Bathroom is nice, a European standard, so not common. But most of all owner and manager give each tourist attention and are open to help. We had a great dinner at the lodge, so it’s worth trying, owner is a man of many talents. Last but not least pool is well maintained and water felt great like silk. Beach is close by, waves were crashing hard but if you swim further it’s calm.

We had lunch and dinner. Our dinner was full of sea food. It was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and the host was a very kind person. I think you will also be able to have a nice vacation at this place.🩷

Super nice hosts! I had a warm welcome, amd they made sure that I'll see the most while I'm there. Room is comfortable and quiet. I even got a bonus breakfast which was very sweet. The room was very beautiful, large, clean, modern, bright and cozy. Two large, comfortable beds with soft pillows and easy access to several sockets, light switches and a very efficient air conditioner. There was also a nice sofa group and access to the balcony. The bathroom was modern, nice and clean. The family is absolutely wonderful and did everything they could to ensure that we had a perfect stay. They served cheap drinks and food (much cheaper than the restaurants) and adapted the food as we wanted. Lovely food❤️ The lovation is also perfect.

The best stay in Sri Lanka so far. Priya was so helpful! He sent us the bus schedule from Ella to Tissa, he drove us around the lake to see crocodiles and birds, and bats at a late time, he also arranged the safari in Yala for us for a great price, and prepared an early breakfast before leaving at 4:30. He drove us with his tuktuk when we needed to catch the bus to Tangalle and checked that we had successfully arrived. The room was also cozy and the location of the hotel is not far from the main road.
