The property is currently being expanded, and more rooms will be available in the future, but for now, there is just one. However, it definitely has great potential, and it’s a must-visit to experience the local atmosphere and meet incredibly kind, friendly, and smiling people. I highly recommend it!

Saman and her husband were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was awesome… we are vegan and they were very accommodating. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts! 🙏❤️

Very clean comfortable room with good WiFi and an amazing view. The owner is extremely friendly and was able to help us with some last minute travel arrangements. 10/10 if I’m ever in Ella again this would be my first choice.

There is tea or coffee and even homemade snacks on the veranda. the accommodation is beautifully situated in the green, so you can enjoy the lovely morning meal with a beautiful view to the green. we liked it so much that we stayed here longer than planned. Tuktuk ride to the center of Ella takes between 5-10 minutes and costs 500lkr. sometimes the host took us there or picked us up. we felt completely taken care of. thank you and we will come back oneday.

The house is located tucked away in the hills. It is very quiet and very peaceful. There is only one room (where we stayed) in the house so you get a real nice home stay experience. The breakfast was the best we have had in Sri Lanka so far, very tasty and a very big portion that we enjoyed in the balcony every morning. Everything is run by the family and they are very nice and helpful. We got tips of where to go and the hosts also connected us with a tuktuk driver that took us around to the places further away that we wanted to visit. They can also help sort out scooters if preferred. We also got tips where to do laundry which was a very solid recommendation.

We had such a wonderful stay at Bliss! It is a beautiful homestay tucked away on the hill and away from the noisy town, surrounded by gorgeous & peaceful jungle. We had visits from monkeys and a giant squirrel right outside our room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with nice beds and a lovely terrace outside to sit and relax. This is a family run business, and we were welcomed so warmly and with such kindness. The hospitality was wonderful, and the home cooked meals were absolutely delicious. We truly loved everything!
